- Maintain a full-funnel through the development and execution of campaigns to generate leads, nurture deals, and collaborate with partners to expand Cope Notes' presence in new and existing markets.
- Collect and report feedback from won and lost deals to inform and enhance buyer journey, product roadmap, and sales process adjustments to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize revenue.
- Translate business goals into measurable sales strategies.
- Establish and achieve challenging sales targets through research and experimentation, consistently meeting and surpassing revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of enterprise SaaS or software sales experience preferred, ideally in a startup environment in healthcare, insurance, nonprofit, education, government, wellness, or benefits.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Experience and success with closing sales with both short (90 days) and long (180+ days) sales cycles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing meaningful customer relationships across multiple stakeholders and verticals.
- Understanding of SaaS success metrics and their business drivers.
- Ability to set, track, and execute against sales and operational plans.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
